John Ware (USCGA ’73) is the owner of Antifragile Business Resolutions. Throughout his career, he has accumulated over 40 years of global experience and expertise within all types of business management disciplines. He has lived and worked in over 30 countries, either as a top executive with multinational manufacturing companies, or as the owner of his own multi-million dollar companies. He specializes in difficult start-up and turnaround operations – those most in need of profit enhancement, cost controls, process overhaul and continuous improvement.
